2026 Finance Act
The 2026 Finance Act has strengthened the encouragement for innovation. Among the most important measures is a **tax rebate applicable to expenses incurred in open innovation programs contracted with certified startups or incubators.**
This rebate can go up to **30% of accounting profit**, within a yearly cap limit of **200,000,000 DZD**, for taxable income determination. This is an incentive mechanism to encourage companies to invest more in R&D.
